Paddle Dryer
Paddle dryer is an unit Operation for treatment of WTP/WWTP. Paddle dryer is used to separate moisture from wet sludge which is coming from Dewatering system.
Process Description :-
The paddle dryer is a heat transmission dryer, this dryer processes organic and inorganic sludge cake. It dries these materials by bringing them into direct contact with Dual counter-rotating shafts with unique intermeshing wedge shape paddles produce intimate mixing and optimize heat transfer. The use of hollow paddles for heat transfer results in a compact machine. The heat transfer medium using in our system steam, water is isolated from the process mass.
