Anoxic Tank (Denitrification)
Anoxic Tank is unit Process used in waste water and sewage treatment plant. An Anoxic Process is used for the Conversion for Nitrate to Nitrogen Gas.
Process Description :-
Anoxic Process is done in absent of oxygen, In absent of oxygen combustion or fermentation occurs and due to that Anoxic become reduction process, Most probably for waste water and sewage water impurities like NH3-N and NO3 are not reduced by any treatment process, except Anoxic process it is very difficult to reduce that kind of impurities; Nitric oxide which comes from AS tank is converted in to Nitrogen Dioxide and then it became Nitrous Oxide and further reduction become Nitrogen gas and it goes to air went of Anoxic.
